Disaster Risk Reduction & Climate Action Awareness Session
BT/KK/Kiran Central College
On 28th June 2025, AU Lanka conducted an important awareness session on Climate Action and Disaster Risk Reduction at BT/KK/Kiran Central College, with the participation of 40 enthusiastic students.
The session was led by Mr. G. A. Suresh, AU Lanka Program Manager. He emphasized the urgent need for climate adaptation and explained key concepts from the UNICEF Climate Change Module. The program encouraged students to actively understand environmental challenges and take responsibility toward building a safer future. 🌿
